This policy explains what Keep the Muscle ("we", "us") collects when you visit getkeepthemuscle.com (the "Site"), join our email list, or buy the program, and what we do with it.
The numbers you enter in the protein calculator (goal weight, training frequency, meals per day) are calculated in your browser. We do not send them to our servers, store them, or share them with advertisers.
We use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technologies to record events on the Site, such as page views and clicks on the buy and free-starter buttons, together with technical information such as your IP address, browser and device. Meta uses this information to help us measure how our ads perform and to build advertising audiences (for example, showing ads to people similar to our visitors, or not showing ads to people who already bought). Meta may also use it under its own privacy policy. The Meta Pixel does not receive the numbers you enter in the protein calculator. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may also log basic request data such as IP address and browser type to run and secure the Site.
Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, control how Meta uses this information for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at aboutads.info/choices.
Because this Site is about nutrition and strength for people using GLP-1 medications, some states (including Washington, Nevada and Connecticut) may treat the fact that you visited or joined our list as consumer health data. We collect it only to deliver the program and our emails and to measure our advertising. We do not sell it. You can ask us to see or delete it at any time by emailing hello@getkeepthemuscle.com. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your medical history, diagnoses, or medication details.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (checkout and payment, email delivery, hosting, analytics and advertising measurement), when required by law, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell your personal information for money.
We keep purchase records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email hello@getkeepthemuscle.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
The Site and program are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be shown on the Site.
