These terms apply when you use getkeepthemuscle.com or buy Keep the Muscle (the "Program") from Keep the Muscle ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Program, you agree to them.
The Program is educational content about food and exercise habits. It is not medical, nutritional, or dosing advice, and it is not a substitute for care from your doctor, prescriber, or a registered dietitian. The authors are not doctors, dietitians, pharmacists, or licensed health professionals.
We do not sell, prescribe, or recommend any medication. Never start, stop, or change a medication or dose without your doctor. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet or starting exercise, especially if you have kidney disease, diabetes, heart disease, a joint injury, or any other medical condition, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Protein targets, calorie and protein values, menus, and the protein calculator are general estimates, not individual prescriptions.
Exercise and dietary changes carry risk, including injury. You choose whether and how to use the Program, and you do so at your own risk. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, or unusual shortness of breath, or if you cannot keep fluids down.
Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors outside our control. Stories in the Program and on the Site describe one person's experience and are not typical or a promise of any result. Study figures are averages from published research and do not predict what will happen to you.
You must be 18 or older to buy or use the Program.
The Program is a downloadable PDF delivered by email and/or download link after purchase. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You may print it for personal use. You may not resell, share, post, upload, or distribute the Program or any part of it, or use it to create a competing product. Free updates to the same edition are sent to the email used at purchase.
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and collect applicable sales tax or VAT.
If you're not happy with the Program for any reason, email us at hello@getkeepthemuscle.com within 30 days of purchase with the email you used to buy, and we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. No forms and no questions. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days; your bank may take longer to show it.
Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and Zepbound® are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned only to describe who the Program is for. Their owners have no affiliation with and do not endorse this Program.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Program and Site are provided "as is," and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury or health outcome, arising from your use of them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Program. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you bought apply to that purchase.
